VIP Membership Terms

What VIP is, in one sentence.
aricdeals VIP is an optional monthly membership. You buy an ebook at a discount today, get a 7-day free trial of VIP, and then — unless you cancel — you're charged $39.99 every 30 days until you cancel.
What VIP includes.
- Every ebook for $5.99 — the member price on every book in the aricdeals catalog. Regular price is $19.99, so members save $14 on every book they buy. Buy three books a month at the member price and the membership pays for itself.
- Early access to new collections — VIP members see new releases roughly 7 days before non-members.
- VIP-only exclusive drops — limited-time releases that are only available to members. Non-members don't see them at all.
- VIP-only emails — curated reading lists, member picks, and offers only members get.
- More perks coming soon — as the catalog grows we'll add more member-only benefits. We'll email you when new perks land, and we will not reduce existing benefits without 30 days' notice.

What it costs.

How to cancel (1 minute, no phone required).
- Online: log in at aricdeals.com/account → click Cancel VIP. Confirmation shown immediately.
- By email: reply to any VIP email with "CANCEL," or email support@aricdeals.com with "CANCEL VIP" + your order number. Confirmed within 1 business day.
- By phone (optional): call +1 (833) 756-6360 if you prefer to speak with someone. The online and email methods above work just as well — you are not required to call.
We will not require a phone call to cancel. We will not run a save offer or downgrade pitch. We will not delay the cancellation. We will email a written confirmation.
Refunds.
- Cancel during your 7-day free trial → never charged for VIP.
- Cancel after the first $39.99 charge → email us within 30 days, we refund that charge, no questions asked.
- Past 30 days → refund at our discretion (we usually say yes for first-time requests).

If your card declines.
If a renewal charge fails, we'll email you, retry up to 3 times over 5 days, then pause VIP access until billing is updated. No surprise lump-sum charges.
Price changes.
If we ever change the VIP price, we email you at least 30 days before the change applies. You can cancel during the notice period to avoid the new price.
