By using this website or purchasing from aricdeals, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — Section 5A explains the optional VIP recurring-membership program and contains important information about automatic billing.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to purchase from aricdeals.

2. Products. aricdeals offers digital products such as ebooks and downloadable guides. Everything is delivered electronically — no physical items are shipped.

3. License & acceptable use. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post our files without written permission. Public-domain texts we sell are offered as a convenience; the underlying public-domain works are not owned by aricdeals, but our specific editions, formatting, covers, and curation are.

4. Pricing & payment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Promotional and launch prices are available for a limited time. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors at checkout; we do not store full card details.

5. Refunds. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5A. VIP MEMBERSHIP — IMPORTANT RECURRING-BILLING DISCLOSURE

aricdeals VIP is an optional recurring monthly membership. You are only enrolled in VIP if you select the "VIP" purchase option on a product page, confirm the recurring-billing consent checkbox, and complete checkout. The "Buy now" purchase option does not enroll you in VIP and does not create any recurring charges.

If you select VIP at checkout, all of the following apply:

(a) What you pay today. You pay the discounted ebook price shown at checkout (typically $5.99 USD instead of the regular $19.99). This one-time charge buys the ebook and starts your 7-day free trial of VIP.

(b) Free trial. Your VIP membership begins with a 7-day free trial starting on the date of your purchase. You will not be charged for VIP during the trial.

(c) Recurring charge after trial. Unless you cancel before your 7-day free trial ends, your payment method on file will be automatically charged $39.99 USD (plus applicable taxes) on day 8, and every 30 days thereafter, indefinitely, until you cancel. This is a continuous automatic-renewal subscription.

(d) What VIP includes. VIP members receive: (i) the member price of $5.99 on every ebook in the aricdeals catalog (a savings of $14 per book against the regular $19.99 price), with no limit on how many books you can buy at the member price; (ii) early access to new collections, typically 7 days before they are made available to non-members; (iii) access to VIP-only limited-time releases ("exclusive drops") that are not sold to non-members; (iv) VIP-only emails with curated reading lists and member-exclusive offers; and (v) additional perks added from time to time at our discretion. The current list of active perks is maintained on our VIP Membership page, which we may update; we will email active VIP members at least 30 days before any reduction in benefits.

(e) Express informed consent — layered. You provide express informed consent to the VIP recurring charge through a series of affirmative actions in the purchase flow, each of which restates the recurring terms:

  • On the product page — adjacent to the "Get VIP" button, in plain text the same size as the price, you see: "Includes VIP subscription · 7-day free trial · then $39.99/month, recurring monthly · cancel anytime online" and a link to the full VIP Terms. Clicking "Get VIP" is the first affirmative action.
  • In the cart — your cart displays the aricdeals VIP Membership as a separate, visibly labeled line item, with the trial length, the post-trial $39.99 every-30-day recurring charge, and the cancellation channels shown as visible properties on that line.
  • At checkout — the same VIP Membership line item and its recurring-charge properties appear in the order summary alongside the ebook.
  • Order completion — clicking "Place Order" with the VIP Membership line in your cart is your final affirmative action.

By completing checkout with the VIP Membership line item in your cart, you expressly consent to (i) the 7-day free trial, (ii) the $39.99 USD recurring charge every 30 days beginning on day 8 of your purchase, and (iii) automatic monthly renewal of that charge until you cancel. Your order confirmation email restates all three terms in writing.

(f) Cancellation — same channel as signup, online, no phone required. You may cancel your VIP membership at any time, effective immediately, by any of the following methods:

  • One-click online: log into your account at aricdeals.com/account and click "Cancel VIP."
  • By email: send "CANCEL VIP" with your order number to support@aricdeals.com. We confirm cancellation within one business day.
  • Reply to any VIP email: any VIP welcome, billing, or renewal email includes a one-click cancellation link.

You do not need to call us, and we will not require you to listen to a save offer, a downgrade pitch, or any retention sequence before cancelling.

(g) Effect of cancellation. If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial, your membership remains active through the end of the current paid 30-day period, and you will not be billed again. Cancellation does not by itself entitle you to a refund of a past charge — see our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

(h) Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before any change to the VIP recurring price. Continued use of VIP after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price. You can cancel at any time during the notice period to avoid the new price.

(i) Confirmation email. Within minutes of checkout, you will receive a confirmation email that restates the trial length, first charge date, recurring amount, billing interval, and cancellation instructions.

(j) Material changes. Any material change to these VIP terms requires fresh express consent before we apply it to you.

6. Marketing communications. By providing your email address or completing a purchase, you consent to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, billing notifications, cancellation confirmations). You may also receive marketing emails about new releases and promotions; every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not send SMS marketing unless you separately and expressly opt in.

7. Disclaimers. Products are provided for general informational purposes on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Public-domain classics are sold as historical texts and are not professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise).

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, aricdeals's total liability arising from your use of our products or website shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Arbitration & class-action waiver. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or aricdeals products, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute. YOU AND ARICDEALS MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@aricdeals.com within 30 days of your first purchase.

10. Governing law & venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any non-arbitrable dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

11. DMCA / copyright. aricdeals respects intellectual property rights. To report alleged infringement, send a written notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to our designated agent at support@aricdeals.com with subject "DMCA NOTICE."

12. Severability & entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and VIP Membership Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and aricdeals regarding the Service.
