Refund Policy

1. Cancel VIP anytime — how it works

VIP is a month-to-month subscription with no minimum term, no contract, and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time, effective immediately for future billing. We will not require a phone call, run a save offer, or attempt a downgrade pitch before cancelling you.

Three ways to cancel — pick whichever is easiest:

• One-click online — log into your account at aricdeals.com/account and click "Cancel VIP." Confirmation is shown immediately on screen and emailed to you within minutes.
• By email — email support@aricdeals.com with "CANCEL VIP" and your order number in the subject line. We confirm cancellation by reply within one business day.
• Reply to any VIP email — every VIP welcome, billing, or renewal email contains a one-click cancel link. Click it, you're cancelled.

What happens when you cancel:

• You are not charged again. Any scheduled future renewal is stopped immediately.
• You keep VIP access through the end of the period you have already paid for (e.g., cancel on day 20 of a paid 30-day month → access continues through day 30).
• You receive an email confirming the cancellation in writing for your records.
• Any ebooks you have already downloaded remain yours to keep.

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you are never charged for VIP at all. The book you purchased at the VIP price stays yours.

2. Ebook purchases (one-time, no subscription)

Ebooks are delivered instantly as digital downloads. Because of this, ebook sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded. However:

30-day money-back guarantee. If a product isn't what you expected, email support@aricdeals.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and the reason. We honor refunds for: technical issues, billing errors, content materially different from the description, and most good-faith dissatisfaction requests.

How refunds are processed. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Trouble with your download. Email us — we'll resend the file or fix the issue at no charge.

3. VIP membership refunds in detail

aricdeals VIP is an optional $39.99 USD / 30-day recurring membership that begins with a 7-day free trial. Refund rules specific to VIP:

(a) During your 7-day free trial — no charge at all. Cancel anytime during the trial (see Section 1) and you will not be billed for VIP. Your ebook from that purchase is yours regardless.

(b) Within 30 days of your most recent VIP charge — full refund, no questions asked. If you were billed $39.99 for VIP and contact us within 30 days of that charge, we refund that charge in full as a one-time goodwill refund. Email support@aricdeals.com with "VIP REFUND" and your order number.

(c) After the 30-day window, or for earlier charges — case by case. Refunds outside the 30-day goodwill window are at our discretion. We typically refund when: a charge occurred after a confirmed cancellation, a technical issue prevented cancellation, or other unusual circumstances. Email us with the details and we'll review.

(d) Cancellation vs. refund — two different actions. Cancelling stops future billing. Refunding returns money already charged. To get both, request both in your email — they are not automatic from each other.

(e) Failed renewal charges. If a renewal charge fails (declined card, etc.), we email you, retry up to 3 times over 5 days, then pause VIP access until billing is updated. We will not surprise-charge a lump sum of missed renewals.

4. The VIP cart bundle — what happens if you change your mind

When you select VIP on a product page, your cart shows two line items: the discounted ebook at $5.99 and the aricdeals VIP Membership at $0.00 today, with the recurring terms shown as visible properties on the membership line. These are treated as a bundle:

• Removing either line removes both. Clicking the trash icon on either the ebook or the VIP Membership line removes the entire bundle from your cart. The member price ($5.99) is only available alongside the VIP subscription.
• To buy the ebook without VIP — close the cart, return to the product page, and click the "Buy Now — $19.99" button instead. That option is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
• Multiple VIP-eligible items in one cart — the VIP Membership line only appears once, even if you add several ebooks at the VIP price.

5. Chargebacks — please contact us first

If you believe a charge from us was unauthorized or incorrect, email support@aricdeals.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and can result in your account being permanently closed.

6. EU / UK consumers

Ebook downloads. EU and UK consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase. By starting your ebook download, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)) and equivalent UK regulations. Our 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies and is more generous than the statutory minimum.

VIP subscription. EU and UK consumers retain all subscription-cancellation rights under local law. Our standard cancellation channels (Section 1) — one-click online, email, reply-to-cancel — meet or exceed EU/UK requirements (including any "as easy to cancel as to subscribe" standard).

7. Your statutory rights are preserved

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law (including U.S. state automatic-renewal laws, EU/UK consumer rules, FTC ROSCA, and similar regulations).
